Enter your license key to unlock Lumox Pro after purchase.

After purchase

When you buy Lumox Pro, you receive a license key in two places:

  • On the checkout success page immediately after payment
  • In a confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout

Enter your license key

  1. Open Lumox on your Mac.
  2. Go to the app menu / settings (CMD + ,).
  3. Open the tab "Pro" and paste your license key
  4. Click "Validate"

Lost your key?

Visit Manage subscription, enter your email, and request a sign-in link. From the portal you can view your license key, manage devices, and update billing.

Tip: Keep your license key private. Each plan includes a device limit — remove old machines from the account portal if you replace your Mac.
