These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you download, use, and/or purchase Lumox (the “App”) or any other Lumox products or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

Lumox is designed to help users mirror, present, and record supported devices to a Mac. The App’s performance and compatibility depend on your hardware/software configuration and on third-party protocols and technologies (for example AirPlay and Google Cast).

Intellectual Property

Lumox and all related intellectual property rights in the App and Services are owned by Lumox or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works except where permitted by applicable law.

Any third‑party trademarks, logos, or technology names (including AirPlay and Google Cast) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Lumox makes no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

Lumox is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or device incompatibility.

Refunds

Purchases through our website

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@lumox.app. We’ll provide a refund if you contact us within 30 days of purchase, subject to applicable law.

Protocol changes clause: changes in third-party protocols or implementations (including AirPlay or Google Cast) that reduce compatibility or make it impossible to stream data are not a reason to be entitled to a refund.

Purchases through the Apple App Store

Transactions made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s terms. Eligibility for a refund is at Apple’s sole discretion.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply from the date they are published.
