We’re sorry that connecting your iPhone to use with Lumox isn’t working as expected. This page has a few things you can try to get the connection working.

Restart the iPhone
Sometimes the iPhone gets stuck and refuses to talk to the Mac. A restart can resolve this.
- Unplug the cable from the iPhone
- Restart the device
- Connect the cable again

Restart the Mac
If the steps above didn’t help, restarting your Mac can resolve a stuck device connection.
- Unplug the cable from the iPhone
- Restart your Mac by choosing → Restart… from the top menubar
- Open the Lumox app
- Connect the cable again to the iPhone
